Delete your Elimo account

You can request permanent deletion of your Elimo private-beta account at any time.

Request deletion

1. Email apps@intellova.com.au from the email address used for the account.
2. Use the subject Delete my Elimo account.
3. We will verify that you control the account email before deleting anything.

We complete verified requests within 30 days, usually within a few business days.

What is deleted

• The Cognito user account and unique user identifier
• Email address, name and linked social-sign-in references held for authentication
• Active authentication sessions and refresh tokens

Signed-out sample content

Fictional sample content shown in the signed-out preview can be removed by resetting the preview or uninstalling the app. Signed-in account, profile and supported activity data is held by the beta service and is covered by the deletion request above.
