"Customer Data" means all data, records, files, and information that you transmit through, or that is collected by, the Intellova Service from your Connected Data Sources (including but not limited to CRM records, accounting data, customer lists, and transaction data). Customer Data is owned by you and processed by Intellova solely on your behalf.

"Account Data" means information you provide to us in connection with creating or administering your Intellova account, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing information, and usage data.

"Connected Data Sources" means third-party applications and services (such as Zoho CRM, Intercom, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others) that you authorise Intellova to connect to and retrieve data from.

Account Data: When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, create an account, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any other information you choose to provide.

Customer Data: When you connect your Data Sources to Intellova, we retrieve and store data from those sources in your unified database. We process Customer Data solely to provide and maintain the Service on your behalf. We do not own your Customer Data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

Website Data: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time and date of your visit. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Each Connected Data Source is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Intellova in conjunction with each Data Source complies with that source's terms. Intellova is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
