Tennis Together Privacy Policy

Tennis Together is a private beta published by LIVIA CARE PTY LTD trading as Intellova. This policy explains how the app handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

If you sign in, we may receive your email address, name, unique account identifier and basic profile information from Amazon Cognito or your chosen Google or Microsoft sign-in provider. Information you choose to add may include your suburb, playing level, privacy choices, onboarding answers, connections and activity created while testing player features. If you allow notifications on iPhone, the app also registers an Apple Push Notification service device token so account-related notifications can be delivered.

Current beta content

The signed-out preview contains fictional sample clubs, courts, players and activity. After sign-in, account, profile and supported player actions use the Tennis Together service. Coach and club-administration paths in the store beta are previews rather than live operational tools, and the beta must not be used for real payments or safety-critical club operations.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or collect precise location, contacts, microphone audio or biometric information. We do not use sample workspace content for advertising.

To respond to support and privacy requests.

Service providers

We use Amazon Web Services and Amazon Cognito for the beta service and authentication, Google or Microsoft when you choose social sign-in, Apple Push Notification service when you allow iPhone notifications, and Apple or Google for app distribution. These providers process information under their own terms and our service arrangements.

Retention, access and deletion

You may ask to access, correct or delete your account information. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days and remove the account and associated active profile data, subject to any legal retention obligation. See the account deletion page for instructions.

Age and safety

The private beta is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not enter real personal, payment or sensitive information into sample fields.
