Drey Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of Drey, a personal document app published by LIVIA CARE PTY LTD, trading as Intellova ("Intellova"), an Australian company. By creating a Drey account you agree to them. Intellova's separate data-integration platform is governed by the Intellova Terms of Service.
1. What Drey is
Drey stores documents you choose to upload, reads them, and answers questions about them. It is a filing and recall tool. It is not legal, medical, financial, immigration or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for the original document or for a qualified professional.
2. Who can use Drey
You must be at least 18 to have a Drey account. Drey holds identity and financial records and its paid plan is a contract, so it is an adult product; this matches the 18+ audience declared on its store listings. A parent or guardian may of course keep a child's documents in their own account.
3. AI answers
Drey's answers are generated by an AI model reading your documents. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Every answer shows the source it came from, and you should open that source before acting on anything consequential — a renewal date, an expiry, a policy limit, a dosage. Facts and dates that Drey extracts are proposals for you to confirm, not decisions it has made.
4. Your content
Your documents remain yours. You grant Intellova only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store, scan, read, index and display your documents, and to share them with people you have chosen. We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not sell them. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to hold.
- Do not attempt to reach another person's documents or account.
- Do not use the service in a way designed to run up processing volume beyond ordinary personal use. Fair-use ceilings apply, and are shown in the app.
6. Sharing
When you invite someone to your account, you decide what they can see. Anything you mark as shared becomes visible to them. Removing someone stops their future access; it cannot recall what they have already read or saved.
7. Plans and payment
Drey offers a free plan with limits shown in the app, and a paid plan that raises them. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under their terms; cancellations and refunds are handled by whichever store you purchased through.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Drey available and your documents safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Drey is not a backup service — keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
9. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time; see deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will give you a reasonable chance to retrieve your documents unless the law prevents it.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, Intellova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Drey in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
