Elimo Privacy Policy

Elimo is published by LIVIA CARE PTY LTD, trading as Intellova ("Intellova", "we", "us"). It is a care-coordination workflow preview for professional teams. This policy describes the current private-beta mobile application, not a future production service.
1. Information sent to us
You can explore the sample experience without an account. If you choose to sign in, Amazon Cognito processes the following account information for authentication:
- Email address and a unique account identifier.
- Name and basic profile information supplied by Google or Microsoft if you choose social sign-in.
2. Information that stays on your device
- Participant, schedule, budget, incident, document and provider records in the shipped sample workspace are fictional fixtures.
- Changes made in the sample workspace are session-only and are not uploaded to an Elimo service.
Elimo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or provide emergency services. The private beta must not be used for real health, disability, identity or financial information.
3. What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers and no data for targeted advertising.
- No third-party analytics or behavioural tracking.
- No precise location, contacts, microphone recordings or biometric data.
- No sale of personal information and no sharing with data brokers.

Authentication traffic is encrypted in transit. Session credentials are stored in the device's secure credential storage rather than ordinary application storage.
5. Keeping and deleting information
Sample content can be removed by resetting the demo or uninstalling the app. To delete a signed-in account, follow the steps on the Elimo account deletion page. After ownership verification, we delete the Cognito account and associated authentication profile within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where law requires it.
6. Children
This private beta is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
7. Your rights and contact
You may ask for access to or correction of personal information, request deletion, or complain about how it was handled. Contact apps@intellova.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
8. Changes
We will update this page and its date before changing what the app collects or how that information is used. Intellova's business platform is covered separately by the Intellova Privacy Policy.
