Terms for using Together.
These terms govern your use of Together. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Together Privacy Policy.
The service
Together provides private shared-life planning for a household of up to two adults, including captures, plans, tasks, conversations, device calendar import and realtime synchronisation. The current private test has no paid subscription.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You confirm that you have the right to upload, store and share it with your household partner, and you remain responsible for deciding what belongs in a shared household.
Invitations and household access
Invite only the intended adult partner and use the email address they will use for Together. A person who accepts an invitation can access the household's shared content. Personal notes remain available only to their author.
Smart capture
Together may use Amazon Bedrock to prepare a title, category and details from text, a public link or an image you choose. Automated suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review every suggestion before applying or relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Together unlawfully, to infringe another person's rights, to upload malicious content, to probe or disrupt the service, or to bypass access controls. Do not use it for emergencies or as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Availability and backups
The private-testing service may be interrupted for maintenance, security work or events outside our control. Keep an independent copy of information you cannot afford to lose. Together is not a system of record for critical documents.
Account closure
You can delete your account in Settings. Shared content can remain with an active partner and your existing messages are anonymised. A sole-member household is purged after the documented seven-day deletion period.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Intellova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss caused by content you provide, an unreviewed automated suggestion or a third-party identity service.
