How Intellova's 30-day free trial works, what happens when it ends, and how billing is structured once you become a paying customer.
How the 30-day free trial works
Your 30-day free trial gives you full access to Intellova so you can see your own business data unified in one place before you pay anything. During the trial, our team handles the managed setup for you — we connect your sources (such as your CRM, accounting, rostering and support tools), bring that data into a dedicated database hosted on AWS in Australia, and build your dashboards in Amazon Quick Suite. You don't need to configure anything technical yourself.
The trial starts from the day your account is activated, not the day setup finishes — so the sooner we connect your sources, the more time you have to explore. If connecting your particular tools takes a little longer, just let us know and we can talk through your timing. You won't be charged during the trial, and you don't need to enter payment details to begin.
What happens when the trial ends
Near the end of your 30 days, we'll be in touch to confirm whether you'd like to continue. To keep using Intellova, you'll need to add your billing details and choose a plan. If you do nothing, your account simply pauses at the end of the trial — we won't charge you automatically without your say-so.
If you decide Intellova isn't right for you, there's nothing you need to cancel and no fee. Your data stays in your dedicated Australian database during the wind-down period; if you'd like it removed, contact our support team and we'll arrange that for you.
How pricing works after the trial
Once you're a paying customer, your subscription covers the hosting of your dedicated database on AWS in Australia, the connections to your data sources, and your analytics dashboards in Amazon Quick Suite. Pricing depends on factors like how many sources you connect and the scale of your data, so the simplest way to get an accurate figure for your business is to ask us — we'll give you a clear quote rather than a guessing game.
To set up or change billing, here's what to do: (1) reply to your trial follow-up email or contact our support team, (2) let us know which plan and sources you want to keep, and (3) provide your billing details so we can activate your subscription. If you ever want to add or remove a source later, get in touch and we'll adjust your setup and billing accordingly.
Billing emails and getting help
We send important account messages by email, including invoices, payment receipts, and trial reminders. Importantly, if a payment or save fails, you'll still receive an email letting you know — so keep an eye on your inbox and make sure the right people in your business are listed to receive these notifications.
If you have any questions about your plan, an invoice, or a charge you don't recognise, contact Intellova support and we'll sort it out. Because your setup is managed by our team, there's no need to dig through technical settings — just describe what you need and we'll handle the changes for you.
