Connecting your tools

Which tools can I connect to Intellova?

Intellova connects to most common business tools — like your CRM, accounting, rostering and support systems — through a managed setup our team handles for you.

What you can connect

Intellova brings together the data from the tools you already use to run your business. The most common connections are your CRM (customer and sales data), accounting software (invoices, payments, expenses), rostering or workforce tools (shifts, hours, staffing) and support or helpdesk systems (tickets, response times). Once connected, the data from these tools lands in your own dedicated database and becomes available for reporting.

We support a wide and growing range of popular tools, including many used by Australian mid-market businesses. Rather than maintaining a fixed list here, the simplest approach is to tell us which tools you use — our team will confirm whether each one can be connected and how. If a tool you rely on isn't yet supported, let us know; we regularly add new connections based on customer needs.

How connecting works

Connecting your tools is a managed setup — you don't need to be technical or build anything yourself. Here's what to expect: (1) you let us know which tools you'd like to connect; (2) you provide or approve the access we need for each tool (for example, sign-in or authorisation), which we'll walk you through; and (3) Intellova connects each source for you and begins bringing your data across.

From that point your data flows into a dedicated database hosted on AWS in Australia, kept separate for your business. You then explore and report on it through interactive dashboards in Amazon Quick Suite. There are no screens for you to wire up — the outcome is simply that your connected tools start feeding into your reporting.

Keeping your data flowing

Once a tool is connected, Intellova keeps pulling its data on an ongoing basis so your dashboards stay current. Most of the time this happens quietly in the background with nothing for you to do.

If a connection ever has trouble — for example, a password changes at the source tool or access is revoked — a failed save still triggers an email so you're alerted rather than left wondering. If you receive one of these, or if a tool you've asked about isn't connecting as expected, contact Intellova support and we'll investigate and restore the connection for you.
